WHAT IS A TINCTURE

As tinturas são extratos concentrados de ervas, feitos de plantas que podem ser usadas como fitoterâpeuticos. Normalmente tomamos tinturas por via oral para tratar uma ampla gama de problemas de saúde ou de forma preventiva para melhorar a saúde em geral.

A forma de fazer uma tintura é simples mas muito especial.

Durante 40 dias, as ervas são maceradas no álcool alimentar. Após esse tempo as plantas são retiradas e a tintura está pronta para ser utilizada.

HOW TO TAKE PROPOLIS TINCTURE
