WHAT DOES ARTISANAL HANDMADE MEANS?
Artisanal products are handmade by real people, using the best possible ingredients, prioritising the quality over the profit.Â
Every product is carefully prepared in small batches. In this way, we make sure that the product is always fresh, looking and smelling amazing when it reaches you, without using toxic chemicals to preserve it longer than it actually needs.Â
Handmade also means that the production takes a bit longer, because we respect the timing of life. We do not rush. Every step is made with intention and love, putting a lot of good energy behind it.
WHY IT SEAMS I USE THE SOAP OR SHAMPOO TOO FAST?
I always have someone asking me this, and the answer is very simple: how good are you keeping your skin care products?
When we use natural products that do not contain strong chemicals to preserve them (both shape and scent) we need to be more careful on how we keep them.
The most important thing is to keep them dry between uses, in a really good soap holder. The best is actually a sponge (preferably natural like a luffa) that really allows the water to flow and the product to properly dry. If the soap or shampoo doesn’t dry, the next time you grab it, it will still be soft and you will end up using much more than needed.
I can guarantee you that if you keep it like this, the products will last a long time!
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS 100% ORGANIC?
I am currently in a transition to make my products 100% organic, but for the moment they are not yet.Â
But all the ingredients are either natural or plant sourced.
DELIVERIES TO PORTUGAL
Processing time will be between 2 days up to a week. Then all packages will be shipped according to the shipping order that you choose, taking normally between 1 day to 1 week.
This is a small business where i try to work respecting a slow lifestyle. I live in a small village and only go to the post office in the city, once a week.

DELIVERIES TO THE REST OF THE WORLD

This is a small business where i try to work respecting a slow lifestyle. I live in a small village and only go to the post office in the city, once a week.
EUROPE – after processing, usually takes around a week or two for the shipping, but can take longer depending on the country and the time of the year.
REST OF THE WORLD – at the moment I am only shipping to Europe, but if you live in any other country please contact me directly to the email info@masalacrua.pt or through the instagram and I will be happy to organize a shipping for you.

RETURNS
If you wish to return some product you have 15 days upon the delivery date. Please contact us as soon as possible.
They must be unopened, in the original package.
I do not accept returns of the personal hygiene products unless they arrived damaged.
