WHY ARTISANAL PRODUCTS ARE MORE EXPENSIVE
Artisanal products are handmade by real people, not machines or people across the world in very bad conditions.
Every product is carefully prepared using the best possible ingredients, prioritising the quality over the profit. And each batch is made in small quantities in order to always have fresh products that still look and smell amazing when they get to your hands. Like this I avoid the use of chemical preservatives, used by conventional cosmetics to be able to mass product, increasing the profit and still selling for cheaper.
MY PRODUCTS DON'T SEEM TO LAST SO LONG
I had a few people asking me this question and the answer is very simple: how are you keeping the products?
When we use natural products that do not contain all the chemicals used by the main industry to preserve them (both shape and scent) we need to be more careful on how we keep them.
The most important thing is to keep them dry between uses in a really good soap holder. The best is actually a sponge (preferable natural like a luffa) that really allows the water to flow and the product to properly dry. Because if the soap or shampoo doesn’t dry, the next time it will still be soft and you will end up using much more quantity than needed.
I can guaranty you that if you keep it like this, the products will last a long time!
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS 100% ORGANIC
No, unfortunately my products are not 100% organic. Although most of the ingredients are indeed certified organic, mostly the essential oils are not organic sourced.
The cost of organic essential oils is just too high to be able to make affordable products. Hopefully in the future I will Strat to produce my own organic essential oils and use them in all the products!
But the ingredients are 100% natural or natural sourced and 100% certified for natural cosmetic.

This is a small business where i try to work respecting a slow lifestyle. I live in a small village where the post office services is not so fast so it might take a little longer than usual but I make all the efforts possible to send your package straight away.
DELIVERIES TO THE REST OF THE WORLD
EUROPE – usually takes around a week or two but can take longer depending on the country and the time of the year.
REST OF THE WORLD – at the moment I am only shipping for United States but if you live in any other country please contact me directly to the email info@masalacrua.pt or through the instagram and I will be happy to organize a shipping for you.
RETURNS
If you wish to return some product you have 15 days upon the delivery date. Please contact us as soon as possible.
I do not accept returns of the personal hygiene products unless they arrived damaged.
